I'M TIRED OF SEEING IT, MY FRIENDS ON YOUTUBE LIKE ISAB X SAUDA, ON REDDIT IT'S FUCKING ISAB X SAUDA, I was browsing through r/btd6, right, AND ALL OF THE POSTS WERE JUST ISAB X SAUDA, I LOOK AT MY SAUDA FANART AND I'M LIKE "uwu isab will like this" HE WON'T ISAB WILL NEVER LIKE IT, ALL OF THE BULLSHIT ISAB X SAUDA MEMES ARE JUST ANOTHER LEVEL OF PISSING ME OFF.

I'm tired of seeing ezili's ass, it should be changed to something more funny

when i saw a waluigi taco stand animation, it was actually funny, but then i realized something, "why are animations with male characters funny while animations with female characters are straight up rule 34", this has gotten into my mind lately, why are female characters sexualized while males aren't, i mean, is newgrounds treating women like porn/fetish material and men like they're funny and normal, when i see fetish art on deviantart, it's all women, but the normal, good art has males, why is the internet like this, why are women portrayed as porn materials while men aren't, this isn't even fair, the worse part is reddit, most of the nsfw subreddits are dedicated to sexualization of females, even r/btd6 is sexist(i.e, calls art with female NSFW over body shape but enjoys male art, even treats the female characters like they exist only for rule 34)

"So... I've seen a lot of posts on the subreddit going around talking about the whole mess where people have been complaining about sexualized art/NSFW being normalized/defended on the subreddit and I guess I want to take a bit to talk about that.

I drew this- and a series of other drawings which you'll see soon in other posts for several reasons:

1. to make a point & explain why this kind of artwork is not NSFW
2. to talk a little bit more about the characterizations of my headcanons
3. because I just wanted to draw pretty girls in dresses lol

I'll try not to write a novel and split some things up into the different posts. So let's start here.

Why is this not NSFW?

If you want to make the argument that this is sexualized under the definition of "made to look sexually attractive/appealing", then yes! I can agree, the characters- in that case- would be sexualized. However, sexualized does not automatically equate to NSFW/pornography.Pornography/NSFW is explicit (shows genitalia/sexual acts) and is made to, uh, arouse sometimes, I guess. That's not what's happening here. It's just women sitting there and being pretty. There is objectively no issue with a character being drawn to look sexually appealing. It isn't harmful to look hot lmao.

I'll continue explaining in my other posts, I don't want it to be too long of a message...

I'll be describing this for each hero on the posts that I do, so people get more context as to why I draw them a certain way :) plus it's just fun to talk about lol

"Stop adding tits to monkeys".

I get frustrated whenever I see people saying this and boy have people been saying this a lot more often. It's like people forget that furries (anthropomorphic animals) exist.

The issue with this complaint is that nobody is simply just "adding tits to monkeys". If that were the case, the characters us BTD6 artists draw would look wildly different and incredibly fucking ridiculous. What we draw are anthropomorphic monkey characters, drawn with human anatomy, given human personalities and habits and are essentially just human but with animal features. Anthropomorphism is a spectrum- characters can range from very animalistic to very human, but in my case it leans far more to the human side.

I draw female anthropomorphic BTD6 characters and the anatomy that I choose to give them includes breasts. The retort of "but real monkeys only have tits sometimes" or "real monkeys don't have tits" doesn't apply because- again- these are anthropomorphic monkeys that do not follow the logic of real life. They literally don't even have visible genitals for fuck sake, they follow cartoon logic- you think I'm trying to draw a real monkey??? Hell no. Even the characters in-game follow absolutely no real-life logic, so what is the point of this complaint?

"Why do you want to sexualize the monkeys?"

I don't want to do that, nor am I necessarily trying to do so. A woman's body- regardless of her size or nature- is not an inherently sexual thing and to assume that a female of voluptuous anatomy is intended to be sexual just because she is drawn that way is pretty filthy in my opinion. A woman can be sexually attractive without it having to invoke a sexual response in others. I don't need to want to fuck the thing to say it's fuckable bro. It's merely a pleasant visual.

If removing or decreasing the size of the female heros' breasts or thighs in my drawings would equate to a "less sexual" drawing for you- that is not an issue of the art being too sexual, that's a fucking you problem.

Anyways... now I can actually talk about the nice stuff. Headcanon stuff yayy!!!
